Receiving a diagnosis of ADHD can bring relief, questions, and the need for practical support. This structured programme is designed for children, teenagers and their families to build understanding, develop confidence, and learn strategies that help manage difficulties.

Children learn through creative activities, and practical exercises, celebrating what makes them unique.
Programme structure
Foundational sessions
3 sessions • £80 - £110 each
Young people are introduced to what ADHD means for them, explore their strengths and challenges, and begin building tools for self-understanding.
Practice focussing
6 sessions • £80 - £110 each
Based on proven concentration training methods, helping children and teenagers strengthen attention, self-instruction, and problem-solving skills.
Extended therapy sessions
Tailored to your child’s needs • £110 each
Managing challenges such as emotional regulation, sleep or anxiety, using cognitive-behavioural strategies and creative tools.

Your child attends individualised one-to-one sessions. Parents and carers can book in for additional parent sessions or receive resources, depending on what works best for your family.

The cost for sessions with Lukas Dressler is £110. Sessions with his Assistant Psychologist are offered at a reduced rate of £80 per session.

The core programme is three sessions. Optional extra modules can be added if your child needs more support (e.g. managing emotions or practising focus).
